Due to continued growth and internal promotions, The De Parys Group is recruiting several new colleagues to join our friendly Patient and Clinical Support (PACS) team. Reception roles in general practice can be busy, but they are also among the most rewarding roles in healthcare. As part of our PACS team you will often be the first person patients speak to when they need help, playing an important role in helping them access the right care at the right time.

Working Pattern
We offer flexible full-time or part-time contracts with a range of shift patterns:
- Morning:8:00am - 1:00pm or 1:30pm
- Afternoon:1:00pm or 1:30pm - 6:30pm
- Full day:8:00am - 6:30pm
Development Opportunities
We strongly believe in developing our people. Many colleagues who join the PACS team go on to take on additional responsibilities or progress into other roles within the organisation.
Opportunities may include:
- Developing specialist knowledge in triage and care navigation
- Acting as shift leads to support colleagues during busy periods
- Progressing into leadership roles
- Moving into other areas of the practice such as administration, care coordination, or management

Main duties of the job
The PACS team is the front door to the organisation, supporting patients and clinicians across our practice. You will help patients access the right care by:
- Welcoming patients at reception
- Answering telephone and online queries
- Supporting GPs with triaging requests
- Directing patients to the most appropriate services
- Assisting with administrative requests such as test results and Med3 certificates

We aim to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and support organisations, to enable more patients to be treated in a primary care setting, closer to home. TDPG is fortunate to have its own dispensaries at our De Parys and Bromham sites. In addition to our routine GMS services, we offer a comprehensive range of services including minor surgery, LARC provision and anticoagulation clinics.
