Job summary

Abbey Field Medical Centre and Tollgate Practice are currently looking to recruit an experienced clinical pharmacist to join our PCN team on a permanent, ideally full time basis. (although may consider full time over 4 days).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a hardworking and dedicated team that deliver a professional service.

The successful person will join a strong clinical pharmacy team consisting of 3 clinical pharmacists and 4 pharmacy technicians.

Main duties of the job

  • Prescribing and the monitoring of medication
  • Clinical document management letters
  • Discharge summaries and minor surgery clinics (if time allows).
