Job summary
Ambrose Avenue Group Practice in Colchester are currently seeking a practice manager to lead our successful established team.We are looking for someone to lead and manage our practice, helping us to meet our objectives, whilst maintaining our strong values of providing a responsive, safe, and high-quality service for our patients in a supportive and efficient environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the partners and finance manager and operation manager, supported by fantastic administrative and clinical teams, to ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice, fulfilling all necessary management duties as agreed with the partnership.
Main duties of the job
- Provide organisational leadership toour team alongside the management team to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality, sustainable services.
- Achieve key targets in all clinical and administrative areas of the practice.
- Manage, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of practice functionality.
- Motivate and manage staff, optimising efficiency and performance, and ensuring that the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment.
- Implement innovative working methods, you will lead the team in promoting continuous improvement, maintaining confidentiality, fostering collaboration, ensuring service delivery, and facilitating learning and development, all while ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
