Dental Therapist

Job summary

Perfect Smile Clinic in Sudbury are keen to welcome a dental therapist to join our experienced and friendly team. This position can be offered on a part-time basis, depending on the experience.

The post-holder will be part of the wider dental team, providing clinical support to patients and assisting dentists with procedures when required.

Main duties of the job

• Provide a range of dental treatments, including preventative care and restorative procedures.
• Administer local anaesthesia and place dental sealants as needed.
• Take dental radiographs using digital technology.
• Develop individualised treatment plans and collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and practice standards.
• Engage with patients empathetically, ensuring a pain-free and positive dental experience.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and infection control protocols.
