North Chelmsford Healthcare Centre/Beaulieu Healthcare Centre are excited to be offering a new opportunity as part of our ongoing expansion for 34.5 hours per week. This role will involve working across both of our Chelmsford sites: North Chelmsford Healthcare Centre and our soon to open branch surgery, Beaulieu Healthcare Centre.

Hours are;

• Monday: 8:00am - 6:30 pm
• Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

We are seeking an applicant with excellent people skills to join our friendly team across our Chelmsford sites. If you're compassionate, adaptable, and thrive in a busy healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you. Come and join our growing team and make a difference to patient care. A comprehensive 3-week induction will be provided to support your onboarding and success in the role.

Main duties of the job

• Handling patient queries via phone, email, in person
• Working in our triage team assisting the triage doctor
• Processing prescription requests
• Arranging home visits
• Managing card and cash payments from patients
• Manage waiting lists and follow-up appointments
• Support clinicians and other staff with day-to-day tasks
