Job summary
At Gooseberry Dental, we pride ourselves on being more than just a dental practice were part of the community. Our friendly team works hard to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and listened to. We're now looking for a practice manager who shares our values and can help lead our practice with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for people. The position is full-time Monday Thursday 8.15-5.30 and Fridays 8.15-4.30.

Main duties of the job
- Making sure the practice runs smoothly day-to-day so our team can focus on providing excellent care.
- Supporting, motivating, and developing our staff so they feel valued and can do their best work.
- Building strong relationships with patients and ensuring their experience is always a positive one.
- Keeping the practice organised and compliant with all standards and regulations.
- Managing schedules, stock, and suppliers in a way that keeps everything running efficiently.
- Helping the practice grow by spotting opportunities to improve and evolve.
