Job summary
Tooth Club Ipswich are looking for a confident and compassionate patient coordinator to join our well-established dental team. The position is offered on a full-time basis, working the following; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 8:45am - 5:45pm, with one late shift until approx. 7:30pm on either a Tuesday or a Wednesday.
You will be the first point of contact for patients exploring treatment options and play a vital role in their journey, from initial enquiry to ongoing support.
Main duties of the job
- Greet and support both new and existing patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Clearly explain treatment plans, pricing, and finance options
- Manage consultations and follow-ups in coordination with the clinical team
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely response to patient enquiries
- Deliver a warm, patient-first experience at every interaction
