About us
Riverside Health Centre is a branch surgery of the COLTE partnership. We care for around 6,500 patients with care provided by three GP partners, one salaried GP, one nurse practitioner, 3 practice nurses and two HCAs. We are a close knit team who work together and support each other to provide the best possible care to our mixed and varied population of patients.
The Colte Partnership itself was formed in 2017 consisting of 8 local practices across Colchester and Tendring joining together to care for approximately 80,000 patients.
We also work as a part of a collaborative Primary Care Network (PCN) which spans across Colchester and Tendring.
