Receptionist/Care Navigator

Job summary

The Colte Partnership have an exciting new opportunity for a receptionist to join our team at Tiptree Medical Centre, on a part-time basis for 18 - 20 hours a week.

We are a friendly, busy and innovative practice in north-east Essex. The team comprise of two friendly, supportive partners and 2 salaried GPs. We have an excellent nursing team comprising 4 advanced nurse practitioners (ANPs), 5 practice nurses, 2 HCAs, 2 clinical pharmacists and 1 pharmacy technician.

You will need to have flexibility to cover other shifts.

Main duties of the job

• Booking appointments.
• Greeting patients.
• Answering queries from patients and outside agencies and/or signposting to appropriate members of staff.
• Updating patient records.
• Processing correspondence.
• Liaising with patients using various types of communication methods.
