Job summary

The Limes Medical Centre in Epping is a friendly, patient-focused GP practice committed to delivering high-quality healthcare. We are looking for an organised, reliable, and approachable administrative assistant on a full-time basis, to join our dedicated team and support the smooth running of our practice.

Interviews will take place on 29th May 2025.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide general administrative support to the clinical and non-clinical team.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support with data entry, filing, and scanning of documents.
  • Assist with other clerical duties.

About us

The Limes Medical Centre is a friendly and supportive practice to approximately 20,000 patients across 4 sites in Epping, Theydon Bois, North Weald and Waltham Abbey respectively. We are a training practice and play an active role in our local PCN.
