Job summary

Little Waltham and Great Notley surgery located on the outskirts of Chelmsford, is looking for an experienced administrator to work on a part-time basis for 25-30 hours per week.

Working with a team of secretaries, this position is key within the surgery and will be responsible for a variety of administration tasks.We welcome applications from organised, adaptable and friendly individuals who are keen to help us provide high levels of customer service.

Main duties of the job

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the surgery.
  • Respond and manage any correspondence to the practice.
  • Answer telephone queries and deal with appropriately.
  • Support the team with various tasks as required.

About us

We are a 2-site, friendly training practice with over 20,000 patients. You will be supported by our team of 10 doctors, 3 nurse practitioners, a paramedic, nurses, healthcare assistants, a receptionist and the admin team.
