Main duties of the job
We embrace new ways of working and welcome ideas to change the way our clinicians work, to bring more variety into their days. We work closely with our local commissioners and enjoy taking part in pilot projects and we would support any applicants to take part in these depending on their area of interest. We pride ourselves on having good patient access figures and our two sites have very different patient demographics and levels of deprivation, which leads to an interesting clinical challenge.
About us
We are a friendly surgery with a list size of 15,000 patients, over two sites, Wootton Vale, (MK43 9JJ), and branch site Shortstown Surgery, (MK42 0GS).We have good appointment access, which means happy patients, and a strong teamwork ethos that includes an established clinical pharmacy team, GPs, nurses, physician associates, & a clinical liaison team, who look after the clinical staff. We are also a tier-2 sponsoring practice and would support any applicants requiring a tier 2 visa.
