Job summary
Barrack Lane Medical Centre has an opportunity for an administrator/care navigator to join our busy practice support team, on a full-time basis, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday every 3 months as per the care navigator rota.
Main duties of the job
Undertaking a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice, including the provision of support to clinical staff and other members of the practice team;
Photocopying documents as required;
Actioning tasks set by clinicians and the practice manager;
Processing practice post and emails;
Registering new patients;
Covering reception, as and when required;
Handling phone enquiries efficiently.

- Able to multi-task, work hard and maintain a high level of attention to detail, when under pressure;
- Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as comfortable working independently;
