Job summary

Chelmer Medical Partnership has a fantastic opportunity for a medical secretary to join our team, on apart-time basis, for 15 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

This is an essential front-line role at the practice,providing an efficient, comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to the practice management team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Essential

  • The successful applicant will have excellent communication and IT skills, have the ability to work under pressure and be flexible to be able to work extra hours to support colleagues sickness and holiday absence.
  • An understanding of basic medical terminology and knowledge of SystmOne would be desirable, but are not essential as full training will be provided.
