Job summary
We are looking for Senior Registered Nurse to join our mobile Endoscopy team in Torbay.
You will deliver Endoscopy services to the highest standards, using a model of care that recognises the psychological, physical, and social needs of our patients.
This is a mobile role on a mobile contract, working in the UKs first all-inclusive, mobile endoscopy suites. This means that although you will initially be based at one mobile endoscopy suite, you may well be required to travel to our other mobile sites in the UK.
We do provide a company car or a car allowance, plus if you do have to travel to work in another unit we pay for accommodation and provide a food allowance.
A full driving license is essential for the role.
Main duties of the job
Take ownership and fulfil the requirements of any required statutory and mandatory training
Deliver endoscopy services in our sites to the highest standards for our patients, carrying out pre, peri and post endoscopy care
Complete competency assessments
Lead teams of registered nurses and healthcare workers, escalating clinically where appropriate.
Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team
Provide a safe care environment, including preparing and clearing up rooms and equipment, with particular care over infection control.

- A person who naturally instils confidence in everyone they work with
- Calm in challenging situations, working well under pressure.
