Job summary
As a Billing Analyst, you will review and prepare billing data across multiple modalities and companies to ensure complete accuracy and integrity prior to being issued to clients. You will follow ruled based processes to ensure billings schedules are produced in line with agreed contract timetables, controls and formats. You will support with any integration of sales invoices and credit notes into our finance system Microsoft Dynamics-Great Plains, within agree deadlines.
Main duties of the job
As the Billing Analyst for multiple sites and modalities you will be responsible for: Prepare accurate SOP files to generate manual invoices and credits notes in Great Plains for all services provided which are not billed through the Patient Administration Systems and ensure an effective and accessible filing system is maintained for all documents. Reconcile all CRIS sales activity with Great Plains each month, to ensure all auto-integrated invoices have been received and nothing remains failed within Smart Connect. Operate best billing practices ensuring full data validation, identify/highlight any areas for possible process improvement and work to implement these. Have full ownership of London Billing process to include Diagnostics, Audiology and Endoscopy. Raise invoices, update pricing when advised by the Commercial/Business Development team, create backing data and leading on the resolution of related queries.
