Main duties of the job

What you'll do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule and manage patient appointments
  • Complete telephone triage consultations to assess eligibility
  • Maintain accurate patient records and data for reporting Escalate issues and ensure follow-up appointments meet NHS guidelines
  • Deliver excellent service while supporting patients from all backgrounds

Patient Triage Advisor Lung Cancer Screening

Location: Universal House, Erf Way, Middlewich Please note: The nearest bus stop is approximately one mile away, so we recommend that applicants hold a valid driving licence for ease of travel.

Hours: Full-time | 8hour shifts between 8am8pm, Monday to Friday (flexible working pattern), plus 1 Saturday per month (8am12pm or 9am1pm).
