Job summary

As an Operations / Project Manager, you'll oversee the safe and efficient delivery of PSA clinics, MRI pathways and PRS processes across your region. You'll collaborate closely with clinical teams, university partners and NHS stakeholders to keep services running smoothly, hit all key performance targets and ensure every patient receives an excellent experience. Main duties of the job

  • Leading day-to-day operational delivery across multiple trial sites Coordinating clinics, staffing, resources and logistics
  • Ensuring all services meet performance, safety and quality standards
  • Building strong working relationships with partners, providers and stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement and supporting implementation of digital systems

Remote role with occasional UK-wide travel (You'll manage your own diary - typically 12 trips per month, potentially more during onboarding.) Flexible working within core office hours.
