At InHealth, we continue to grow our teams and are now looking for a Healthcare Support Worker to join our Endoscopy service. Based at our static site in Braintree, you will play a vital role in delivering highquality care using a holistic approach that supports the psychological, physical, and social needs of our patients.
Main duties of the job
- Welcome patients to the clinic professionally, acting as their advocate to ensure privacy and dignity at all times.
- Clean, monitor, and organise equipment as directed, reporting any issues or faults to senior staff.
- Record and relay relevant patient information or observations to senior colleagues.
- Deliver care in line with the care plan set out by the Senior Nurse.
- Maintain strong and effective communication with patients, relatives, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude, representing InHealth and upholding our commitment to exceptional patient care.
