Job summary
As a Data Quality Officer, you'll join our Data Quality Team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of child health records. You'll audit data, resolve discrepancies, and produce reports that support performance monitoring and compliance with KPIs. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to data security and confidentiality.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and process data from GP practices, maternity units, screening providers, and local authorities.
- Audit child health records for missing or inaccurate information and source updates from alternative systems.
- Produce weekly reports and datasets for performance monitoring and audits.
- Manage your workload independently and provide cover for colleagues when needed.
