Were expanding our services and have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in an endoscopy setting desirable. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality Endoscopy services at our new Community Diagnostic Centre in Bristol, using a holistic model of care that recognises the psychological, physical, and social needs of our patients.
Main duties of the job
What You'll Do
- Assist patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programmes to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Support the senior clinical team, supervise and mentor registered and unregistered staff.
- Participate in the decontamination, traceability, and care of endoscopes and other specialised equipment.
- Contribute to clinical audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
