Were expanding our services and are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in endoscopy to join our new Community Diagnostic Centre. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care, supporting patients psychological, physical, and social needs throughout their diagnostic journey.
Main duties of the job
What You'll Do
- Assist before, during, and after diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programmes to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Support senior clinicians, supervise staff, and demonstrate best practices.
- Participate in the decontamination, traceability, and maintenance of endoscopes and specialised equipment.
- Contribute to clinical audits and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
About You- Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin and endoscopy experience desirable.
- A supportive team player who is reliable, trustworthy, and creates a positive atmosphere.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable in challenging situations.
- Excellent communicator written, verbal, and listening.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
