Brand New Endoscopy Service Opening January 2026
Yeovil District Hospital, Higher Kingston, Yeovil, BA21 4AT
37.5 hours per week | 4 days across Monday - Sunday | 8am - 6pm shifts
We're excited to launch a brand new Endoscopy service in Yeovil and are looking for a Patient Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.
As a Patient Administrator at InHealth, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional, patient-focused experience throughout the diagnostic journey. Working closely with clinical colleagues in a fast-paced environment, you'll also provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming patients and coordinating their journey from arrival to departure
Handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries promptly and professionally
- Booking clinically validated appointments based on priority and system protocols
- Managing and distributing imaging data and reports in line with clinical and contractual timelines
- Supporting month-end administrative processes for the management team
- Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment collection, and banking
What Were Looking For:- Experience in a customer or patient-facing role
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other IT systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-skilled team
