Regional Programme Administrator - Lung Cancer Screening (LCS) Location: Remote - supporting our services in the South West

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of a life-saving programme, helping to detect lung cancer early and improve patient outcomes across the South-West region.

Main duties of the job

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the mobilisation and day-to-day operations of the LCS programme
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions
  • Managing procurement tasks and supporting logistical arrangements
  • Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and incident investigations
  • Maintaining documentation, SOPs, and site handbooks
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external providers
  • Supporting patient engagement, social media activity, and communications
  • Conducting audits and risk assessments to ensure service quality
What Were Looking For

  • Experience in a customer or patient-facing role, ideally in healthcare Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of LCS programmes (desirable)
