Regional Programme Administrator - Lung Cancer Screening (LCS)
Location: Remote - supporting our services in the Midlands & North Hours: Full-time / Monday to Friday / Flexibility through core office hoursHome-based with occasional travel in line with business needs

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of a life-saving programme, helping to detect lung cancer early and improve patient outcomes across the Midlands & North region.
Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the mobilisation and day-to-day operations of the LCS programme
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions
- Managing procurement tasks and supporting logistical arrangements
- Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and incident investigations
- Maintaining documentation, SOPs, and site handbooks
- Collaborating with internal teams and external providers
- Supporting patient engagement, social media activity, and communications
- Conducting audits and risk assessments to ensure service quality
What Were Looking For- Experience in a customer or patient-facing role, ideally in healthcare
- Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of LCS programmes (desirable)
