Your Role
As Lead Nurse / ODP, you'll:
- Inspire and guide a multi-disciplinary Endoscopy team
- Champion high-quality, patient-led care
Drive clinical excellence and continuous improvement
- Support professional development and performance reviews
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What Were Looking For
- NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered ODP
- Proven leadership experience in Endoscopy (Band 7 level)
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
- Calm, confident, and collaborative under pressure
- A natural communicator and team motivator
