Main duties of the job
As CHIS Team Leader, you'll manage a team of administrators, ensuring high-quality data management and service delivery.You'll lead on performance, training, and process improvements, while collaborating with healthcare professionals and supporting national health initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Background in healthcare information services
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Confident communicator and team motivator
- Ability to manage performance, drive improvements, and support service delivery
