Administration Team Leader Endoscopy Services
Bicester & Witney | Full-Time (4 Days/Week) | Flexible Weekend Cover (Shared Fairly Across Team)
Are you a confident and motivated leader with a passion for delivering high-quality administrative support in a healthcare setting? Were looking for an Administration Team Leader to join our Endoscopy services across Bicester and Witney.
This is a full-time role (4 days per week), offering flexibility and autonomy to manage your own diary across both sites. Weekend cover may be required, but will be managed fairly across the team.
Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the administration team, ensuring performance, development, and engagement.
- Work closely with the Lead Nurse and Regional Operations Manager to support reporting and service delivery.
- Implement and maintain standardised administrative processes across both sites.
- Ensure compliance with Information Governance standards and support audit processes.
