Part Time / 2 days a week / 8am - 6pm
Here at InHealth, we are expanding our teams and we have a requirement for a part time Healthcare Support Worker to join our endoscopy team.
You will help deliver Endoscopy services for our Bicester site to the highest standards, using a model of care that recognises the psychological, physical and social needs of our patients.
Main duties of the job
What you'll do:

Welcoming patients to the clinic in a professional manner and acting as patient advocate at all times to ensure both privacy and dignity
- Cleaning, monitoring and tidying equipment as directed and report any problems or malfunctions to senior member of staff
- Record, feedback and convey relevant patient information/observations to the seniors.
- Delivers patient care in accordance with the care plan as documented by the Senior Nurse.
- Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrates positive attitude, acting as an advocate for InHealth and deliver highest standard of care accordingly.
About you:- Personal interest & experience of delivering patient centred care.
- A good understanding of health and safety and infection control
- Flexible for working patterns to fulfil site requirements.
- Commitment to continuous professional learning demonstrate up-keeping of required skills and competencies.
