Main duties of the job
Perform and independently report adult transthoracic echocardiograms in line with BSE minimum data set and local reporting protocols
Offer expert guidance through our second opinion rota and support high clinical standards during peer-review processes
Maintain and monitor equipment through routine quality assurance checks
Archive study images and submit accurate reports in line with local SOPs and contractual obligations
Coordinate with hospital departments and GP practices for urgent referrals
Assist with patient bookings and ensure accurate maintenance of patient information systems
