- Inspire and lead team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring high-quality, patient-focused cardiac care.
- Provide specialist knowledge to maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Manage operational and clinical mobilisations, ensuring seamless transitions for mobile cardiac services.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service to meet operational targets.
- Ensure clinical governance, compliance, and safety standards are met across all units.
What Were Looking For: - A Registered Nurse with NMC registration, experienced in cardiac catheter lab environments.
- Strong leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptable in a fast-paced and mobile setting.
- Clinical expertise in cardiac procedures and a desire for continuous professional development (CPD).
- Flexibility to travel across the UK and manage clinical requirements at short notice.
About you: - BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing or equivalent.
- Competency in IV drug administration and cannulation.
- Experience in both NHS and private healthcare settings would advantageous.
