Job summary
Were looking for a Cardiographer to join our Physiological Measurements team, in London, on a full-time permanent basis. You will work predominantly at our Community Diagnostic Centres in North London. Other travel will be required to different sites in London, but all travel costs will be covered by InHealth.
You will prepare and perform routine Resting ECG, Ambulatory ECG and BP monitoring for our patients. Completing administrative tasks as required, you will support our Lead Cardiographer ensuring effective and efficient patient care is delivered.

Main duties of the job
Prepare patients and perform Resting ECG in accordance with SCST specifications and recommendations.
Fit and remove Ambulatory ECG and BP monitors, providing the patient with clear instructions and advice relating to the period of monitoring and documenting of symptoms.
Deliver first class patient care, ensuring patients are welcomed in a professional manner, explaining the procedure as required.
Recognise waveforms and measurements of the normal and abnormal electrocardiogram.
Recognise normal and abnormal BP measurements.
Assist in the smooth flow of clinical and administrative work within the clinic, supporting the Lead Cardiographer and other colleagues when required.
Assist the Lead Cardiographer in the overall quality assurance program.
Routinely assist and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

- Have a good knowledge of Cardiology terminology.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills with an ability to present information in a logical manner.
- Demonstrate excellent patient care, ensuring patient confidentiality is adhered to.
