Job summary
The key function is to support NHS Property Services in delivering building services maintenance and repairs across the NHS to ensure buildings are maintained to the highest standards and to provide a safe and secure environment for visitors, customers, and employees
Main duties of the job
Able to maintain building electrical systems including emergency lighting, general lighting, fire detection LV services within public buildings. Able to identify faults and carry out repairs in line with safety/technical guidelines Good communication, numeracy, literacy, working with IT and Office 365 or equivalent.
