We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice / Business
Manager to lead the operational and commercial performance of our diagnostics
and private GP services.
This is a key leadership role within a growing healthcare
organisation delivering a mix of NHS and private services. The postholder will
be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the services
while supporting service development, improving patient access, and driving
sustainable growth across both our NHS and private healthcare services .
We
are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate experience inimproving
service efficiency, developing new healthcare services, or supporting business
growth within a clinical environment.
Main duties of the job
This is a key leadership role responsible for the day to day management of the organisation while identifying and developing opportunities across NHS and private services. You will work closely with clinical and executive team, including the Marketing Manager, to improve performance, enhance patient experience and support strategic growth.

- Lead the day-to-day operational management of the clinic, including community diagnostic services and private healthcare services
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective services in line with regulatory standards
- Manage clinic performance, including patient access, utilisation, and service efficiency
- Support the growth of private GP and diagnostic services, including new service development
- Monitor and manage budgets, income streams, and financial performance
- Oversee administrative and non-clinical staff, including recruitment, performance, and development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including CQC standards and NHS contractual requirements
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clinicians, partners, and external stakeholders
- Use data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

- Strong understanding of NHS and/or private healthcare service delivery

- Understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
