Main duties of the job

Product specialists play a crucial role, mastering HealthRotas intricacies to swiftly address support tickets through Zendesk, whether guiding clients to help resources, holding Teams calls or collaborating with developers. You'll become an authority in specific system components, leading training sessions, holding demos, and shaping future iterations of the system. Our collaboration with sales ensures seamless transitions from opportunities to satisfied clients. As a forward-thinking entity, we regularly update the system, relying on Product Specialists for testing, updating materials, and informing clients.

Our team is committed to enhancing the NHS. Working closely with departments, we strive to uplift the lives of NHS staff while also saving money for the organisation. With this in mind, we expect Product Specialists to approach each departments needs with passion and determination.
