The Fellowship posts are designed to support emerging Primary Care leaders within the local healthcare System, to allow an opportunity to consolidate their clinical and managerial skills whilst developing educational and leadership skills in a supportive environment with protected time.

- Supporting inter-professional learning and transformation through the South Yorkshire Workforce and training hub
- Supporting Primary Care clinical leadership currently unavailable to ICB clinical work streams

- oProfessional body registration (clinical) oMRCGP/CCT in GP (GPs) oDegree level or equivalent (managerial) oAwareness of NHS provision and legislation. oCurrent knowledge of the ICB and Primary Care Networks, their structure, and the focused areas of service delivery
Desirable
- oAdditional training in teaching/mentoring oSome knowledge of QI principles (clinical) oProject management qualification i.e. Prince 2 (managerial) oInnovative ideas and ability to develop / implement these oKnowledge of current strategic documents
Experience

- Minimum two year's experience in general practice
