They will demonstrate resilience and the ability to manage challenges effectively. The role will particularly suit someone interested in developing and expanding their portfolio career. Main duties of the job
The Workforce Development Lead for Social Prescribing will play a key role in supporting the development, supervision, and sustainability of the Social Prescribers and personalised care workforce across Nottingham City Primary Care Networks (PCNs). In addition to providing supervision and professional support to SPLWs the postholder will contribute to wider workforce development by supporting other personalised care roles (such as Health and Wellbeing Coaches and Care Coordinators) and assisting PCNs to plan, embed, and develop these roles effectively.
