Job summary

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Housekeeper to join Aria Healthcare. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the care home. You will take great pride in creating a warm and inviting environment for the residents.

Main duties of the job

The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations, managing the housekeeping team, and ensuring that all areas of the care home meet the required standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control. You will be required to work 32 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

Essential

  • Relevant experience in a similar role as a Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor is preferred. You should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
