Job summary

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents of Aria Care. This includes assisting with daily activities, monitoring the well-being of residents, and working closely with the nursing staff to ensure the best possible care. You will also be expected to take on a leadership role, mentoring and supporting the junior members of your team.
