Job summary

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to the residents at Walstead Place. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and supporting the care team. You will also be expected to take a leadership role, mentoring and developing the care staff. The successful candidate will be empathetic, respectful, and have a growth mindset.
