The Brook House Care Home in Towcester, Northampton is a 53-bedded Residential and Dementia Care Home with a CQC rating of 'Good' and a 9.9 rating on Carehome.co.uk. Aria Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their dedicated care team, leading and promoting independence and dignity for the individuals in their care.
Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse at Aria Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to the residents in the home. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, as well as leading and supervising the care team. You will ensure that the care delivered promotes the independence and dignity of the individuals in your care. The role offers 44 hours per week, with shift times of 8am-8pm, including every other weekend.
