This is a Sous Chef role at Aria Healthcare's Brook House Care Home in Towcester, Northampton. Main duties of the job
As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals for the residents of the 53-bed Residential and Dementia Care Home. You will need to have a passion for creating fresh, high-quality meals and the ability to work well in a team. The role involves working 38 hours per week, including every other weekend, with shift times from 8am to 6pm.
