Main duties of the job

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team to prepare and serve fresh, high-quality meals using the best available ingredients. You will need to have strong culinary skills, the ability to mentor and develop your team, and the creativity to showcase a high level of hospitality. The role offers straight shifts with no evenings, as well as a fully supported induction and opportunities for progression through Aria Care's own Chef academy.
