The job of an Activities Assistant involves creating and leading engaging activities for the residents at Stowford House Care Home, a 53-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care facility rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and with a 9.6 rating on Carehome.co.uk. Main duties of the job
As an Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating a variety of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of the residents. This may include organizing group activities, one-on-one sessions, outings, and events that promote physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
