Job summary
The role of Sous Chef at Aria Healthcare's Gildawood Court in Nuneaton, Warwickshire offers a unique opportunity to work in a 60-bedded residential, dementia, and palliative care home. The position requires a highly skilled and passionate chef with experience in the IDDSI framework to create fresh, nutritious meals for the residents.
Main duties of the job
The Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef, leading by example, and showcasing their creative flair to deliver high-level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts with no evenings, and there will be a fully supported induction to showcase the technical skills required in healthcare, as well as an opportunity to mentor the team and progress within the Chef academy.
