This is an excellent opportunity for a Head Housekeeper to join Aria Healthcare, a highly rated 41-bed residential care home in Walstead, Lindfield. As the Head Housekeeper, you will play a central role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control throughout the home, leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the wellbeing and comfort of the residents.
Main duties of the job
The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across the 41-bed residential care home. This includes overseeing the cleaning of all communal areas, bedrooms, and ensuring effective infection prevention control measures are in place. The role also involves managing the housekeeping team, delegating tasks, and providing training and support to ensure the team delivers excellent service. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar supervisory housekeeping role, and a strong track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
