Job summary

Aria Healthcare is seeking a passionate and fast-learner for the role of Kitchen Assistant at their Rendlesham Care Centre. The care home is a 60-bedded, Residential, Nursing & Dementia care facility with a 'Good' CQC rating and a 9.5 rating on Carehome.co.uk. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen operations and contributing to the provision of high-quality meals for the residents.

Main duties of the job

The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks in the kitchen, including food preparation, cleaning, and ensuring the kitchen environment meets hygiene and safety standards. They will work closely with the kitchen team to support the efficient running of the kitchen and the delivery of excellent customer service to the residents. The successful candidate will be a fast learner, with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing a high-quality dining experience.
