Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in their everyday lives at Claydon House, a 49-bedded residential, dementia, and nursing home in Lewes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being and comfort of the residents.   • Care Assistant
  • Full time - 36 -48 hours per week - will consider part time 24hours per week
  • 12 hour Night shifts only - Alternate full weekends required
  • £12.60 per hour

They should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a caring and empathetic nature, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of the residents. A relevant qualification in health and social care or a willingness to work towards one would be an advantage.
