Job summary
Heffle Court is a 41-bedded Nursing, Dementia & Residential care Home in Heathfield, East Sussex, with a CQC rating of 'Good' and a 9.7 rating on Carehome.co.uk. The Home is seeking a passionate and fast-learning Kitchen Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week, 3 days a week, 9am-5pm, with alternate weekends required).
Main duties of the job
The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the catering service. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in food and a willingness to learn, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
