Job summary
The role of a Health & Wellbeing Coordinator is to ensure that residents at Tall Trees Nursing and Dementia Home are provided with engaging and meaningful activities that promote their overall health and wellbeing. The coordinator will work closely with the care team to develop and implement a comprehensive activity program that caters to the diverse needs and interests of the residents.
Main duties of the job
As a Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating a wide range of activities that support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the residents. This may include organizing group activities, individual therapies, outings, and special events. You will work closely with the care team to understand the unique needs and preferences of each resident and tailor the activity program accordingly.
